Terms and Conditions for Moxi Brow & Co – Semi-Permanent Makeup Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Moxi Brow & Co, located at 5 Premier Parade,(hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If cancelled within 24 hours, or in the event of a no show of the appointment a fee of 50% of the treatment price will be chargeable. If you need to reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, please let us know ASAP and your deposit can be moved once to secure a new date.

4. Service Description

The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on www.moxibrowandco.co.uk and during the consultation.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test is required to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used, this must be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will be completed at your initial consultation appointment.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services.

7. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimize the risk of complications. If advice is not followed, a further session may be required and this will be at an additional cost.

8. Results and Touch-ups

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-up sessions, if required, are typically scheduled 4-8 weeks after the initial appointment, depending on the client, and the treatment. In some instances, clients may feel they need an additional top up session, this will be chargeable.

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to Moxi Brow & Co contacting you via email, calls, and texts, to cease receiving communications, please contact us at [email protected], and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Moxi Brow & Co reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
